Aerosmith to Host Two Hollywood Bowl Shows with Special Guests in October

Aerosmith has announced two comeback concerts at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl on October 29 and November 1, 2026, featuring a lineup of all-star guest artists including Run-DMC, the Black Crowes, Heart, Billy Idol, Eric Church, Slash, Duff McKagan, Sammy Hagar, and Tom Morello. The band, which canceled their farewell tour in 2023 due to frontman Steven Tyler’s larynx injury, had initially planned a 40-date ‘Peace Out’ tour but had to halt it after Tyler’s vocal injury. The announcement states that ‘even more artists, special guests, and surprise appearances will be announced in the weeks ahead,’ with lineups varying each night. General ticket sales begin October 10. The band’s previous tour, which started in Philadelphia on September 2, 2023, included hits like ‘Love in an Elevator,’ ‘Sweet Emotion,’ and ‘Dream On,’ but was cut short after Tyler’s injury. Tyler has since made occasional appearances at events like Janie’s Fund charity shows and Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell concert in July 2025, performing without apparent vocal strain. Guitarist Joe Perry has focused on his side project, the Joe Perry Project, while bassist Tom Hamilton has toured with his new band Close Enemies. The band also collaborated with Yungblud on an EP in November 2025. The upcoming shows are titled ‘California, Dream On: Aerosmith and Friends,’ promising ‘unforgettable collaborations and unexpected moments across both nights.’
