On September 8, a report of a foul odor led to the discovery of a decomposed female body in the front boot of a vehicle that had been impounded at a tow yard in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The car had been abandoned in the Bird Streets neighborhood five days earlier. While the identity of the deceased remained unknown initially, it has since been confirmed as a woman. D4vd’s spokesperson stated that although the artist is currently on tour, he is in touch with law enforcement and fully cooperating with the investigation. The incident has led to a separate investigation into another woman’s body found in a different car at a separate location. This case is still under investigation, and the police have classified it as a death investigation.
