Harmonize Opens Up About Past Debts and Current Financial Position

Tanzanian singer Harmonize, real name Rajab Abdul Kahali, has openly shared his financial journey with fans, revealing he faced significant debts in the past amounting to hundreds of millions of shillings. His Instagram post detailed how he had to move from his former residence after a rent dispute, relocating to a new home in Goba, Dar es Salaam. Harmonize explained that over the past three years he cleared multiple debts, including Sh600 million owed to a record label, Sh200 million to CRDB Bank, Sh100 million to investor Dr Sebastian Ndege, and Sh180 million to his former partner, Sarah Michelotti. Additionally, he has invested over Sh1 billion into his label, Konde Music Worldwide. Despite these challenges, Harmonize stated that he currently holds assets such as luxury cars valued around Sh2 billion and real estate worth over Sh4 billion, and his music catalogue could sell for up to $5 million. He emphasized that he now has no loans and plans to focus on financial literacy before taking new credit.
