Keith Urban ends radio interview after question about Nicole Kidman’s scenes with Zac Efron

Keith Urban unexpectedly disconnected from a radio interview after being asked a personal question about his wife Nicole Kidman’s romantic scenes with Zac Efron. The incident occurred during a segment on Mix 102.3’s ‘Hayley & Max in the Morning.’ Urban was initially in good spirits, discussing his upcoming High and Alive World Tour, but things took a turn when the co-hosts played a segment called ‘Wall of Truth.’ One of the hosts, Max Burford, asked Urban how he felt watching his wife act in love scenes with younger men like Efron. The question led to a disconnect on the Zoom call, leaving the hosts confused. Despite Urban’s smile, they wondered if the question had upset him. A representative for Urban declined to comment, but a source later clarified that Urban did not intentionally hang up, and the issue was technical. The question was about Kidman’s role in ‘A Family Affair,’ a movie where she shares intimate scenes with Efron, and also references her role in the film ‘Babygirl.’ Kidman has previously spoken about the emotional toll of filming such scenes. The radio hosts’ reaction after the call was dropped suggested they may have crossed a line.
