Albert Mazibuko, a founding member of the internationally acclaimed choral group, passed away while the group was on an international tour. His death was confirmed by the group in a Facebook post. Due to ongoing tour commitments, funeral services could not be held immediately. Memorial and funeral arrangements have now been confirmed. The memorial service will take place on Wednesday, 15 April 2026, at 10:00 AM at CFCI, 54 King Dinuzulu Road, Berea, Durban. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, 18 April 2026, in Estcourt, Entabamhlophe (Emambazweni).
