Quentin Vogel appointed new concertmaster of Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse

The Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse has officially announced the appointment of violinist Quentin Vogel as its new concertmaster. Vogel, who takes up the prestigious position, brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously served as a violinist with the Opéra Orchestre National Montpellier. In addition, he has been a regular performer with both the National Orchestra of Belgium and the Mulhouse Symphony Orchestra. Vogel is an alumnus of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and the CNSMD Lyon, where he honed his skills before furthering his studies at the Académie Musicale Philippe Jaroussky. His extensive career is highlighted by success in numerous competitions, including the Clé d’or, Vieuxtemps, and Arthur Grumiaux competitions. Aside from his orchestral work, Vogel is also a noted chamber musician, having founded the Möbius Quartet in 2019. The quartet has performed internationally, including a tour in Ukraine in 2021 and a concert at the Vilnius Philharmonic in Lithuania in 2022, supported by the Rostropovich Foundation.
