Priscilla Presley, the ex-wife of Elvis Presley, is currently embroiled in a bitter legal dispute with former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The conflict, which escalated over the past few years, involves multiple lawsuits filed in Florida, California, and most recently in Los Angeles Superior Court. Kruse and Fialko allege that Presley committed fraud and violated agreements after she severed business ties with them. A particularly serious allegation in the latest suit accuses Presley of prematurely ‘pulling the plug’ on her late daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, in an attempt to regain control over the Presley family trust.
