Priscilla Presley, the former wife of Elvis Presley, is facing a $50 million lawsuit filed by her former business associates, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, and Lynn Walker Wright. The suit accuses her of fraud and breach of contract after she allegedly manipulated her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s death for financial gain. The complaint claims that Presley rushed to make decisions about her daughter’s medical care and took control of Lisa Marie’s assets after her death in January 2023, aiming to regain control over Graceland and other financial matters. Additionally, the lawsuit includes allegations of financial elder abuse. Kruse and Fialko previously partnered with Presley on business ventures involving her image and likeness, but they now accuse her of walking away from their agreements after the death of Lisa Marie. Presley, in turn, has filed a separate lawsuit against them, claiming she was manipulated into signing fraudulent business contracts that stripped her of control over her finances. Presley’s lawyer has strongly denied the claims, describing them as meritless and malicious.
