Valerie June Premieres New Songs from Upcoming Album on CBS Saturday Morning

Valerie June, the acclaimed Tennessee singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, recently appeared on CBS Saturday Morning’s ‘Saturday Sessions’ to debut new music from her forthcoming album, ‘Owls, Omens, and Oracles.’ During her performance, June introduced audiences to three tracks: the album’s lead single ‘Joy, Joy!,’ as well as ‘All I Really Wanna Do’ and ‘Endless Tree.’ The latter song is set to be released as the album’s next single. In a statement, June described ‘Endless Tree’ as a call for unity and reflection, urging listeners to consider the importance of harmony and respect amid global divisiveness. She drew parallels between the interconnectedness of trees and the potential for human beings to coexist peacefully, emphasizing the lessons nature can teach us about growth and communication. ‘Owls, Omens, and Oracles’ marks June’s first album since her 2021 release, ‘The Moon and Stars: Prescriptions for Dreamers,’ and is scheduled for release on April 25 through Concord Records. The performance and the upcoming album highlight June’s continued evolution as an artist and her commitment to exploring themes of connection, peace, and personal growth through her music.
