Twisted Sister has announced plans for a major reunion tour in 2026 to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The iconic rock band, who retired from touring in 2016, revealed their comeback via social media teasers by frontman Dee Snider. The 50th anniversary world tour is confirmed to begin next year, although the exact dates and cities are still under wraps. Dee Snider expressed his excitement, stating that the band still feels the drive to rock after five decades. However, there will be one notable change: longtime bassist Mark Mendoza will not be part of the tour. He will be replaced by Russell Pzütto, a past collaborator of the band. The lineup will also include founding members Jay Jay French, Eddie Ojeda, and drummer Joe Franco, who previously played with the band during their 1980s heyday.
