Westlife announces 25th anniversary tour with concerts in Dublin and Belfast

Westlife is launching a tour to celebrate 25 years since their first ever tour, with concerts scheduled in Dublin and Belfast. The band, established in 1998, has sold over 44 million records, making them one of the world’s most successful pop groups. Their 25th touring anniversary does not count the Covid pandemic as a break, emphasizing continuous activity since their start. The tour begins with five nights at Dublin’s 3Arena from October 22 to 26, 2026, followed by three concerts at Belfast’s SSE Arena from October 27 to 29, extending their record for most performances at that venue. Members Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, and Kian Egan expressed their excitement about returning to Belfast, praising the special atmosphere there. The original five-member band saw Brian McFadden leave in 2004 to focus on solo work and family, and Mark Feehily paused performing in 2022 to recover from health issues. Since their 2019 reunion, Westlife has played over 200 shows across 30 countries, maintaining a strong international presence. Their recent album Wild Dreams was released in 2021.
