Thousands Gather in Dyserth to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of The Alarm’s Mike Peters

Thousands of fans and friends gathered in the Welsh village of Dyserth to honor Mike Peters, the frontman of The Alarm, who passed away at age 66 after a 30-year battle with cancer. The funeral, attended by over 2,000 people, was designed to reflect Peters’ rock and roll spirit, with performances from musicians including Billy Duffy of The Cult and contributions from Peters’ own sons. The service took place at the Parish Church of St Bridget and St Cwyfan, with the proceedings broadcast to crowds outside.
