Jessie J Hospitalized for MRI After Hitting Head on Car Roof During China Tour, Rules Out Neck Fracture

British singer Jessie J, known for hits like ‘Price Tag,’ experienced a health scare while on her No Secrets tour in China. In a video posted to Instagram, the 37-year-old artist was seen struggling to get into the back of an SUV, where she hit her head hard on the roof. She later shared that she was rushed to the hospital for an MRI scan due to concerns about a possible broken neck. Jessie J admitted she initially thought she had fractured her neck but was relieved to learn it was not broken, though she sustained injuries to her neck and back. Despite the pain and limited head movement, she pushed through with painkillers and continued tour rehearsals and performances. This incident follows a challenging period for the singer, who was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in June 2025. She underwent a double mastectomy and was briefly hospitalized again weeks later for a suspected blood clot in her lungs. Jessie J has been open about her recovery journey, including moments of fear and emotional struggles, but has resumed her music career with determination. The recent mishap highlights the physical demands of touring and her resilience in performing despite ongoing health issues.
