Kelly Khumalo to perform at Soulful Sundays in KuGompo City, joined by local acts

Singer Kelly Khumalo is set to headline Soulful Sundays at the Eastern Cape Jazz Festival, scheduled for April 26 at Ronnie’s Motors in Beacon Bay, KuGompo City. The event, which began in 2022, will feature a line-up that includes Alungile Lamani, Blackman, Slogan, and 40 Kompakt, alongside Khumalo. She shared her excitement with TshisaLIVE, mentioning the upcoming release of her ‘Rebirth Acoustic’ album. The event will offer more than just music, with local fashion designers showcasing their work, and food and drinks available. A big screen will also display the live feed of the Soweto derby between Chiefs and Pirates. According to Eastern Cape Jazz Festival CEO Mlindi Ntloko, the event is designed to offer a full cultural experience, and tickets have sold out in previous years due to the event’s local appeal.
