Miley Cyrus Performs ‘II Most Wanted’ Live With Beyoncé for the First Time in Paris

On June 19, 2025, Miley Cyrus made a surprise appearance during Beyoncé’s ‘Cowboy Carter’ world tour at the Stade de France in Paris. The performance marked the first live rendition of their Grammy-winning duet ‘II Most Wanted.’ Rumors of Cyrus joining the show had circulated earlier that day, fueled by reports of her attending soundcheck with Beyoncé. The appearance was confirmed when Cyrus took the stage mid-show, becoming the first guest artist of the tour.

‘II Most Wanted’ is featured on Beyoncé’s 2024 album ‘Cowboy Carter’ and was released as its third single. The track later earned the Grammy Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Cyrus has previously shared that she wrote the song around two-and-a-half years before its inclusion on Beyoncé’s album. She emphasized that the song reflects their shared Southern roots, with Beyoncé hailing from Texas and Cyrus from Tennessee.

Beyoncé’s tour had already passed through major cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and London, and is set to wrap up in the U.S. with final stops in Houston, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Las Vegas by July 26. The Paris performance underscored the collaborative spirit of the tour and the strong musical chemistry between the two artists.
