Some resale tickets for her North American tour were being sold at 14 times their original price, prompting Dean to publicly call the practice ‘disgusting’ and ‘vile’ in an open letter to ticketing companies. In response, Ticketmaster announced it would cap future resale prices for Dean’s tour and refund fans who had overpaid.
