Post Malone Reschedules London Shows Due to Tube Strikes
Post Malone has had to reschedule his two upcoming concerts at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, originally scheduled for September 7 and 8, due to planned Tube strikes. The strikes, led by the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT), aim to address issues related to pay and working conditions, and will impact public transportation in the city from Sunday evening through Friday morning. As a result, the promoter Live Nation announced that the concerts would now take place on September 20 and 21. Fans who cannot attend these new dates will be offered refunds. The decision follows similar moves by Coldplay, who also rearranged their Wembley Stadium shows due to the strikes. Despite some fans criticizing the late timing of the postponement announcements, it was noted that without proper transport, it would be difficult for concert-goers to attend safely. Additionally, Post Malone’s schedule also clashed with his appearance at the 2025 MTV VMAs on September 7. The BBC has reached out to Post Malone’s representatives for further comment.
