Investigation into Ticket Scams at Oasis Concerts in Wembley Stadium

Wembley Stadium authorities are investigating allegations that hundreds of fans were able to sneak into a recent Oasis concert without valid tickets. The scam reportedly involved up to 200 individuals paying £350 each to enter through a disabled entrance. Allegedly, some concertgoers used copies of the same ticket to get past security and receive wristbands granting them VIP access. Two women are believed to have orchestrated the scheme, with one of the concertgoers describing how they were instructed to go through a different entrance and given wristbands without security checks. The incident has raised concerns about the security at large events. Wembley officials have stated that entering the stadium without a ticket is a serious offense, and they are working with authorities to investigate the claims. The Oasis concerts at Wembley, which took place from July 25 to August 3, marked the band’s first appearance together at the venue since 2009. The reunion tour, announced in 2024, has sparked excitement among long-time fans. Oasis will continue their tour across multiple countries in the coming months.
