Rosé’s ‘Apt.’ Ties Record for Longest-Charting K-Pop Soloist Song on Adult Pop Airplay

Rosé, a member of Blackpink, has achieved a significant milestone on the Billboard Adult Pop Airplay chart with her hit song ‘Apt.’ The track, a collaboration with Bruno Mars, has now spent 18 weeks on the ranking, tying the record set by ‘Too Much’ by The Kid Laroi, Jung Kook, and Central Cee. This makes ‘Apt.’ one of the longest-charting songs by a K-pop soloist in the chart’s history.

‘Apt.’ continues to climb, reaching a new peak at No. 5 this week, and shows no signs of slowing down. Given its momentum, Rosé is expected to surpass Jung Kook’s record next week. If ‘Apt.’ remains on the chart for 20 weeks, it will match the all-time K-pop act record currently held by BTS’s ‘Dynamite,’ Coldplay and BTS’s ‘My Universe,’ and Fifty Fifty’s ‘Cupid.’

In addition to ‘Apt.,’ Rosé has also debuted another song, ‘Toxic Till the End,’ on the Adult Pop Airplay chart at No. 40. This marks her second career entry on this ranking, reinforcing her growing presence in Western radio airplay. With both songs charting, Rosé is experiencing one of her most successful weeks as a solo artist.
