The Rolling Stones tease upcoming album ‘Foreign Tongues’ with international billboards
The Rolling Stones are giving fans a glimpse of their next musical endeavour, reportedly titled ‘Foreign Tongues’, through a series of global billboards displaying the phrase in multiple languages. This announcement follows the success of their 2023 album, ‘Hackney Diamonds’, produced by Andrew Watt. Guitarist Ronnie Wood, who previously mentioned that new music would arrive in 2026, has also revealed plans for his first full solo live performances in over sixteen years. Wood will perform intimate shows in London on 21 August and Cologne on 3 September, expressing enthusiasm about presenting both his classic tracks and new material. A longstanding member of the music scene, Wood was a key figure in the band Faces before joining The Rolling Stones and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice. The international billboard campaign suggests the Stones are signalling a major release, maintaining their status as one of the most enduring and influential rock bands in history.
