Jade Thirlwall launches her first UK solo tour with a performance in Belfast
Jade Thirlwall, known for being part of the pop group Little Mix, began her first solo UK tour in Belfast on Thursday night, performing her debut album ‘That’s Showbiz, Baby!’ which was released last month. Fans had eagerly anticipated the event, with long queues forming outside Ulster Hall, some arriving hours early. Among them was Hayden, 17, from Derry, who traveled to Dublin as well to see Jade perform. Laura, 21, from Bangor, highlighted that this would be her seventh time seeing Jade live, praising the elaborate shows, costumes, and dancers. International fans also attended, including Vera, 25, from Portugal, and Giulia, 18, from Italy, who came for the Belfast concert to celebrate her birthday. Many fans expressed admiration for Jade’s new album, especially the track ‘Angel of my Dreams’. The tour marks a new chapter in Jade’s career after Little Mix announced their break in 2022 following the ‘Confetti’ tour, giving fans the opportunity to experience her artistry as a solo performer.
