Olivia Dean and Other Artists Announced as Performers for 30th MOBO Awards
Olivia Dean, the London-born singer, has had a remarkable year, with multiple award nominations and chart-topping success. She is confirmed to perform at the 30th MOBO Awards on 26 March at Manchester’s Co-op Live, along with R&B group Flo and Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage. MOBO founder Kanya King praised the lineup as ‘bold, brilliant and rooted in creative truth.’ American rapper Eve will co-host the ceremony alongside comedian Eddie Kadi, who returns for his third time. Olivia Dean’s album, The Art Of Loving, has been nominated for four awards, including Album of the Year, competing against Flo’s debut album, Access All Areas, Little Simz’s Lotus, Ezra Collective, Kojey Radical, and Central Cee. Other artists receiving multiple nominations include PinkPantheress, Skepta, Kwn, and Jim Legxacy. The MOBO Awards celebrate black music in the UK and internationally, and this year marks the organization’s 30th anniversary. Details of additional performers and special honours will be announced at a later date. The ceremony promises memorable performances, surprises, and recognition for outstanding contributions to music and culture.
